We cannot guarantee reservations without prepayment.

CANCELLATIONS
We refund all but a 15% handling fee on paid reservations that are over 45 days away.   Within the 45 day period, we can refund only if we are able to rebook the room (minus 15%).

CHILDREN
The Posada is not recommended for children unless under the supervision of a responsible adult. Two very important reasons are:  We live on the edge of a 500 ft cliff and here in the Tropics "nature abounds". We also want to have a place where all our guests may relax and enjoy Costa Rica's beauty. If parents take responsability of their children we will enjoy having them with us.

DISCOUNTS
In High Season we offer a 10% discount for stay of 7 days or more or large group bookings (6 rooms), in the cottages.

TRANSFERS TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT
$18 one way ($20 for after 10:P.M. to 6:A.M) or $30. round trip per car .

TELEVISIONS AND TELEPHONES
Vista del Valle Plantation Inn is  a special place for quiet, peaceful holidays and nature enjoyment therefore we do not have tv or phone in our rooms.  Guests may use the office phones with ATT, SPRINT, & MCI numbers, we also have internet connections for guests that need it
